The location was excellent - near to the town centre. The room was nicely furnished, and we tried a complimentary breakfast...
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Beautiful Triple Room. The two swimming pools were refreshing and well-maintained. The front desk staff provided friendly assistance. The location was quiet, yet just a 10-minute walk to the busier side of the island. I enjoyed my overall experience 🌴

Very quiet at the end of kho phi phi avoiding noise from parties by night, near the beach, good service, basic bungalows but fairly comfortable if you're not too picky.
The bathroom is very basic.

Location is excellent as it is in walking distance of the pier and very close to bars, restaurants and market shops. It is also great for accessing boat trips to Phi Phi Ley and the other surrounding islands. (Around 1200 baht for half a day) Although located beach front, the tide was in during the day so there wasn't really any beach to lie on. As it is at the end of the stretch of beach it is nice and quiet at night
We were disappointed with the room as it was very basic and in need of redecoration, especially the bathroom. The walls in the bathroom had mould on and the shower was poor and soaked the whole bathroom. We expected more for the price we paid and are sure we could have got a better room elsewhere for less. The bed was also rock hard! We had family staying at the resort with us and their room was also poor. Wifi was available but you had to pay for this. If they refurbished bathroom and redecorated a bit, the rooms would be far more appealing.

I had an overall decent experience during my 3-night stay. The room was spacious with a nice pool area nearby, which was a fantastic spot for relaxation. The dining options were a letdown, especially breakfast which lacked variety and flavor. The beach access was convenient, but be cautious of the rocky areas when walking into the water.

perfect base for exploring phi phi don's fine beaches and views
With easy access to both Loh Dalum Beach and the scenic viewpoint just a short stroll away, I loved how I could immerse myself in the beautiful surroundings without needing to travel far. The hotel also provided clean and spacious rooms with a lovely balcony. Since I enjoy walking, this hotel was perfect being just steps from bars and restaurants, allowing me to easily experience the local nightlife.

It is well located, at walking distance from a very nice beach and sufficiently distant from the noise of the town area.
This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in using Booked.net. First, they tried to scam us when we arrived, saying that there was no room in the price we booked. I had to raise my voice and threat calling the police to assure we get it in the reserved price at Booked.net. After a few minutes, the hotel staff found a room and charged us the reserved price. Meanwhile, the attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful. The room was also pretty basic. The TV had to be fixed, because it didn´t work properly and the bathroom was awful, with a very unpleasant smell all the time and it seemed poorly kept and cleaned.

Location, you can walk to long beach which i recommend as lovely and good places to eat, great beach and cleaner water. short walk around mailland there is a signposted path that takes you there.Pool area very nice and nice pool. close to the beach, at the end of the walkway, so quiet at night. good food and entertainment at Cart Diem and Hippies bar only few minutes walk away.
i thought the rooms although big are very basic! not a great shower and bathroom walls did have mould on them, old dated and expensive compared to the place my children stayed in PhiPhi Chukit, much cheaper rooms and same! definately over priced to stay in the air con bungalows. i booked before i came and you will get accommodation when you get to the island. best booking one night and having a look about to price up other resorts!

Nothing horrible staff, they wanted to fight me and my wife.
See above + compared to thailand hotels the room was worth 10 times less. It was nasty.

The location was more or less the only thing we liked about our stay.
There is not much deluxe about the Deluxe Bungalows. They are very old and worn down - just as the rest of the hotel. The staff seemed grumpy most of the time. The breakfast was a total disaster and pretty much only consisted of pineapple, watermelon, white bread, marmelade and lots of thaifood. The worst I have ever been served and I've tried quite a few! The hotel is clearly not worth the money. The pictures most have been taken for 10 years ago, because the hotel clearly doesn't look like it appears on their webpage. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
